Working Out At Home

So, summer is almost here, which means the beach, the pool, short clothes, lots and lots of cold water are also almost here. To be completely honest, I’m lazy as hell, but I love to work out at home and at the gym! Currently, I’m not going to the gym, but I am working out at home. As I already wrote here, I’ve been having problems with eating disorder back and forth, which means my weight varies a lot in a matter of weeks. Thank God it’s been a while since the last time that I had a relapse and I was weighing 42kg. My original goal was to weigh 40kg, but I knew that I wasn’t going to stop there. I was never thin enough and if my husband hadn’t stepped in, I’m pretty sure that I was going way too far.
Well, the thing is: I am a little overweight and it’s bothering me because my summer clothes are not fitting anymore. Besides, I have problems with blood circulation and exercising and eating healthy is essential for it to not get worst. So, this is it, guys! I decided to lose 15 kg but in a healthy way! Which means lots of exercises and eating health food! Not purging, not making crazy diets where I would ingest less than 500 calories per day. I mean eating 1,200 calories, drinking a lot of water and having fun while working out!
I have a series of videos of teachers working out on youtube, and these are my favourites! I hope you like them as much as I do! They are fun and efficient! 😉

So, these are SOME of my favourites work out videos! I intend to start working out at the gym soon! There is a Gold’s Gym near my house and I can’t wait to start working out there! I’m still having some problems with my schedule, but as soon as I fix it, I’m going to the gym! 😉
Once a month, I will post an update about my work out, diet and weight!
